Extension of the deadline for the provision of the financial guarantees for FCFS allocation
OLT informs that, notwithstanding Clauses 2.1.9.1 b) and 2.1.9.2 b) of the Regasification Code, the financial guarantees related to the First Come First Served allocation can be provided by hr. 12:00 CET of the Business Day before the Day on which the Applicant submits his offer, in the manner and using the relevant forms annexed to the Regasification Code.
