The available capacity related to the capacity products offered during the Gas Year is now online
In the business area of OLT’s website are now available the capacity products offered from January 2019 up to September 2019.
Each Applicant who meets the Service Conditions under Clause 2.1.1 of the Regasification Code shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
- provide adequate financial guarantees pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.2 of the Regasification Code, including the financial guarantee to be presented during the Peak Shaving Service pursuant to Clause 3.1.4 of the Regasification Code;
by hr. 12:00 CET of November 29th, 2018. The offers can be presented through the PAR, on December 3rd, 2018 from 09:00 CET to 14:30 CET.
