Update of the length of the First Come First Served (FCFS) allocation
OLT Offshore LNG Toscana informs of an update of the length of the First Come First Served (FCFS) allocation as follows:
- the Delivery Slot scheduled on 14/02/2021 will be in auction until 12:00 CET of February 9th, 2021;
- the Delivery Slot scheduled on 23/02/2021 will be in auction until 12:00 CET of February 18th, 2021.
By 12:00 on the Business Day prior to that on which the bid is submitted, each Applicant which meets the Service Conditions shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2.1.10;
- provide adequate financial guarantees in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3.1.1.2.
