Allocation of Delivery Slots during the Gas Year
The User that wants to participate in the allocation of infra-annual capacity shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2.1.10;
- provide adequate credit requirements in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3.1.1.2;
- be enabled to operate through Platform for the Allocation of Regasification Capacity (PAR).
The Capacity Agreement must be sent by courier or registered letter to the address here below:

The offers for infra-annual regasification capacity should be presented through PAR.

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots for Months M, M+1 and M+2, while from Month M+3 to the end of the current Gas Year OLT will publish the available regasification capacity divided by Monthly Slot.

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots for Months M, M+1 and M+2, while from Month M+3 to the end of the current Gas Year OLT will publish the available regasification capacity divided by Monthly Slot.

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots for Months M, M+1 and M+2, while from Month M+3 to the end of the current Gas Year OLT will publish the available regasification capacity divided by Monthly Slot.
Allocation of spot capacity in Month M-1
Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.9.1 a) of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots in Month M.
Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.9.1 b) of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots whose Arrival Window is scheduled by the eighteenth (18th) Day of the Month M.
Notwithstanding Clause 2.1.9.1 b) of the Regasification Code, the Applicants, who signed the capacity commitments and provided adequate financial guarantees, including the financial guarantee to be presented during the Peak Shaving Service pursuant to Clause 3.1.4 of the Regasification Code, within 12:00 CET of the Business Day before the Day on which the Applicants submit their offers, may present their bid through the PAR, according to the following deadlines:
- from 9:00 CET of December 20th, 2018 to 18:30 CET of December 28th, 2018 for the Slot of January 7th, 2019;
- from 9:00 CET of December 20th, 2018 to 18:30 CET of of January 7th, 2019 for the Slot of January 16th, 2019.
Allocation of spot capacity in Month M
Pursuant to the provisions of the Clause 2.1.9.2 a) of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes any Available Delivery Slots in Month M whose Scheduled Arrival Window is scheduled starting from the nineteenth (19th) Day of Month M.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Clause 2.1.9.2 a) of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes any Available Delivery Slots in Month M whose Scheduled Arrival Window is scheduled starting from the nineteenth (19th) Day of Month M.
Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.9.2 b) of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots whose Arrival Window is scheduled from the nineteenth (19th) Day of the Month M.
The Applicants who signed the capacity commitments and provided adequate financial guarantees, including the financial guarantee to be presented during the Peak Shaving Service pursuant to Clause 3.1.4 of the Regasification Code, within 12:00 CET of the Business Day before the Day on which the Applicants submit their offers, may present their bid through the PAR from 9:00 CET of December 7th, 2018 to 18:30 CET of December 19th, 2018.

The Applicants, who signed the capacity commitments and, notwithstanding Clause 2.1.9.1 b) of the Regasification Code, provided adequate financial guarantees within 12:00 CET of the Business Day before the Day on which the Applicants submit their offers, may present their bid through the PAR, according to the following deadlines:
- from 9:00 CET of September 20th, 2018 to 18:30 CET of September 26th, 2018 for the Slot of October 4th, 2018;
- from 9:00 CET of September 20th, 2018 to 18:30 CET of October 3rd, 2018 for the Slot of October 12th, 2018.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Clause 2.1.9.2 a) of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes on its website any Available Delivery Slots in Month M whose Scheduled Arrival Window is scheduled starting from the nineteenth (19th) Day of Month M.
Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.9.2 b) of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots whose Arrival Window is scheduled from the nineteenth (19th) Day of the Month M.
The Applicants who signed the capacity commitments and, notwithstanding Clause 2.1.9.2 b) of the Regasification Code, provided adequate financial guarantees within 12:00 CET of the Business Day before the Day on which the Applicants submit their offers, may present their bid through the PAR, according to the following deadlines:
- from 9:00 CET of October 5th, 2018 to 18:30 CET of October 11th, 2018 for the Slot of October 20th, 2018;
- from 9:00 CET of October 5th, 2018 to 18:30 CET of October 19th, 2018 for the Slot of October 28th, 2018.
