On December 17th 2015 with Resolution 625/2015/R/Gas the Italian Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water established the regasification tariff for OLT Offshore LNG Toscana.

The tariffs above, established by Resolution 625/2015/R/Gas, could be updated as stated by the Italian Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water itself that in the same resolution informed about possible tariffs update following the outcome of the dispute of OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. against tariffs 2015 determination.
On 23th December 2014 with Resolution 652/2014/R/Gas, Italian Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water has established the regasification tariff for OLT Offshore LNG Toscana.

OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. publishes the maritime service tariff for the 2015 as per Resolution of the Italian Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water 652/2014/R/gas dated December 23rd 2014 and it is equal to 81,782.56 euro/mooring. This tariff is subject to a pending administrative dispute initiated by OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A.: this publication, pursuant to clause 8 of RTRG under Resolution 438/2013/R/gas, does not imply the acceptance by OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. of the provisions of Resolution 652/2014/R/gas with reference to the maritime service tariff and therefore the latter could be modified by the outcome of judgment.
