Peak Shaving Service

Pursuant to article 9 of the “Tender procedure for the identification of third parties available to provide LNG for the peak shaving service during the winter period of the gas year 2016/2017” published on October 28th 2016, OLT informs that exclusively in case the Supplier Discharges a volume not exceeding 110,000 cubic meter of LNG, the higher Wobbe Index limit to be applied shall be equal to 14.67 kWh/Sm3. It remains understood that in any other case the applicable higher limit remains equal to is 14.60 kWh/Sm3, as already published.

Tender procedure for the identification of third parties available to provide LNG for the Peak Shaving service during the winter period of the Gas Year 2016/2017

OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. provides to the Responsible of the Italian Gas Balancing System a temporary storage for the purposes of the Peak Shaving service through the supply of an LNG cargo delivering a quantity of LNG between 65,000 cubic meters and 110,000 cubic meters according to the terms of the contract and through a tender to be completed in accordance with the provisions of the competition procedures listed below.

Should the LNG quantity discharged be greater than the one provided by the Peak Shaving service, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. clarify that the extra quantity will be regasified in accordance with the rules set forth in the Access Code and in the relevant Slot Capacity Agreement.
