Regasification Bundled service 2017/2018 – Second auction

Following the “Procedure for the assignment of the regasification and storage bundled service under art. 1 of the Ministerial Decree dated 21 April 2017”, and pursuant to article 2 paragraph 10 of resolution 6/2017/R/GAS, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. publishes the awarded regasification capacity.

OLT Offshore LNG Toscana indicates that Annex 3 and Annex 3A were amended, therefore the documents to be validly used for the purpose of the Procedure are those currently published.

Pursuant to article 1 paragraph 3 of the Procedure, OLT Offshore LNG Toscana publishes the updated Table 1 and the Annex 10 of the Procedure with the maximum capacity the applicant can apply for:

Pursuant to art. 1 of the DM of April 21st 2017 OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A provides for the regasification and storage bundle service purpose the regassification capacity awarded on March 6th 2017 following the “Procedure for the assignment of the regasification and storage bundled service under art. 1 of the Ministerial Decree dated 07 December 2016” and waived or not confirmed on April 18th 2017 and the regasification capacity possibly waived or not confirmed on May 05th 2017.
The regasification capacity will be awarded by a further auction in accordance with the provisions of the procedure listed below. The bids must be delivered by hrs 10:30 of May 11th 2017 to the address indicated in the procedure.
