Tariffs
On July 14th 2016 with Resolution 392/2016/R/Gas the Italian Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water established the regasification tariff for OLT Offshore LNG Toscana.

Pursuant to article 4 of resolution 392/2016/R/Gas the above tariffs will be promptly updated, where necessary, following the principles set forth by the Council of State in its decision about the dispute of OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. against tariffs 2015 determination.
On December 17th 2015 with Resolution 625/2015/R/Gas the Italian Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water established the regasification tariff for OLT Offshore LNG Toscana.

The tariffs above, established by Resolution 625/2015/R/Gas, could be updated as stated by the Italian Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water itself that in the same resolution informed about possible tariffs update following the outcome of the dispute of OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. against tariffs 2015 determination.
