Tariffs
On July 26th, 2018 with resolution 398/2018/R/Gas the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente, ARERA) re-determined temporary the regasification tariff for OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. for 2018.

Please be informed that as consequence of the final approval of the regasification tariffs for 2018, balancing mechanism may be applied to the Users.
On December 21st, 2017 with resolution 879/2017/R/gas the Italian Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water established the regasification tariff for OLT Offshore LNG Toscana for 2018 pending the establishment of the criteria set forth in article 2 of Resolution 548/2017/R/gas for the acknowledgment of the costs for the procurement of the LNG for power production.

On July 14th 2016 with Resolution 392/2016/R/Gas the Italian Regulatory Authority for Electricity Gas and Water established the regasification tariff for OLT Offshore LNG Toscana.

Pursuant to article 4 of resolution 392/2016/R/Gas the above tariffs will be promptly updated, where necessary, following the principles set forth by the Council of State in its decision about the dispute of OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. against tariffs 2015 determination.
