Allocation of regasification capacity products for the Gas Year 2019/2020 offered during the Gas Year

OLT Offshore LNG Toscana offers one or more capacity products consisting in one Delivery Slot for each Month following the Month on which the capacity products have been offered until the end of the Gas Year, pursuant to the “Procedure of allocation of regasification capacity products for the Gas Year 2019/2020 offered during the Gas Year” (Procedure), here below attached.

If, with reference to one or more Months included between the Month on which the capacity products have been offered until the end of the Gas Year, there is no Delivery Slot available, OLT will define a capacity product consisting, for each Month, in the Delivery Slots which are still available in the relevant Month, if any.

The reserve price of each capacity product shall be equal to the average of the reserve prices calculated as per Resolution 234/2019/R/Gas for each Month with available capacity product.

The capacity products object of this Procedure are offered within the procedures of infra-annual capacity allocation as per art. 6 of TIRG, in addition to the allocation processes pursuant to Clauses 2.1.8 and 2.19 of the Regasification Code.

The offers should be submitted through the Platform for the Allocation of Regasification Capacity (PAR) managed by GME, as set forth by the Procedure and in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the PAR Platform.

  Update of September 2^nd, 2019 auction for the allocation of regasification capacity products for the Gas Year 2019/2020 offered during the Gas Year

  OLT Offshore LNG Toscana informs that on September the 2^nd, 2019 the offers for regasification capacity products for the Gas Year 2019/2020 offered during the Gas Year can be presented through the PAR, as follows:

  • From 09:00 CET to 11:00 CET for Product n.1, consisting of 12 Delivery Slots;
  • From 12:30 CET to 14:30 CET for Product n.2, consisting of 10 Delivery Slots.

  OLT Offshore LNG Toscana also specifies that, if both capacity products are awarded, the priority in selection of the Discharge Slots will be given to the successful bidder with the highest auction Price.

  OLT Offshore LNG Toscana, pursuant to the “ Procedure of allocation of regasification capacity products for the Gas Year 2019/2020 offered during the Gas Year”, publishes here after the capacity products offered from October 2019 up to the end of the Gas Year:

  • Product n.1, consisting of 12 Delivery Slots, from October 2019 up to September 2019, as follows;
  • Product n.2, consisting of 10 Delivery Slots, from October 2019 up to September 2019, as follows.

  Each Applicant who meets the Service Conditions under Clause 2.1.1 of the Regasification Code shall:

  • sign a Capacity Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
  • provide adequate financial guarantees pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.2 of the Regasification Code;

  by hr. 12:00 CET, August 29^th, 2019. The offers can be presented through the PAR, on September 2^nd, 2019 from 09:00 CET to 14:30 CET.
