1. Available capacity products

OLT Offshore LNG Toscana informs that on September the 1st, 2020 the offers for regasification capacity products for the Gas Year 2020/2021 offered during the Gas Year can be presented through the PAR according to the times available in the attached calendar.
Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code the planning of Discharge Slots for capacity products will be carried out through PAR on September 3rd, 2020 from 09:30 CET to 12:00 CET.
OLT Offshore LNG Toscana also specifies that, if both capacity products are awarded, the priority in selection of the Discharge Slots will be given to the successful bidder with the highest auction Price.
July 24th, 2020
Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code OLT publishes here after the capacity products offered from October 2020 up to the end of the Gas Year:
- Product n. 1, consisting of 10 Delivery Slots, from October 2020 up to September 2021, as follows;
- Product n. 2, consisting of 5 Delivery Slots, from October 2020 up to August 2021, as follows.
Each Applicant who meets the Service Conditions under Clause 2.1.1 of the Regasification Code shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
- provide adequate financial guarantees pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.2 of the Regasification Code;
by hr. 12:00 CET, August 28th, 2020. The offers can be presented through the PAR, on September 1st, 2020 from 09:00 CET to 14:30 CET.
September 24th, 2020
Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code OLT publishes here after the capacity products offered from November 2020 up to the end of the Gas Year:
- Product n.1, consisting of 7 Delivery Slots, from December 2020 up to September 2021, as follows;
- Product n.2, consisting of 2 Delivery Slots, in June 2021 and August 2021, as follows.
Each Applicant who meets the Service Conditions under Clause 2.1.1 of the Regasification Code shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
- provide adequate financial guarantees pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.2 of the Regasification Code;
by hr. 12:00 CET, September 29th, 2020. The offers can be presented through the PAR, on October 1st, 2020 from 09:00 CET to 14:30 CET.

October 27th, 2020
Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code OLT publishes here after the capacity products offered from December 2020 up to the end of the Gas Year:
- Product n.1, consisting of 7 Delivery Slots, from December 2020 up to September 2021, as follows;
- Product n.2, consisting of 2 Delivery Slots, in June 2021 and August 2021, as follows.
Each Applicant who meets the Service Conditions under Clause 2.1.1 of the Regasification Code shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
- provide adequate financial guarantees pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.2 of the Regasification Code

November 25th, 2020
Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code OLT publishes here after the capacity products offered from January 2021 up to the end of the Gas Year:
- Product n.1, consisting of 6 Delivery Slots, from February 2021 up to September 2021, as follows;
- Product n.2, consisting of 2 Delivery Slots, in June 2021 and August 2021, as follows.
Each Applicant who meets the Service Conditions under Clause 2.1.1 of the Regasification Code shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
- provide adequate financial guarantees pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.2 of the Regasification Code;
by hr. 12:00 CET, November 27th, 2020. The offers can be presented through the PAR, on December 1st, 2020 from 09:00 CET to 14:30 CET.

December 23rd, 2020
Pursuant to Clause 2.1.8.1 of the Regasification Code OLT publishes here after the capacity products offered from February 2021 up to the end of the Gas Year:
- Product n.1, consisting of 5 Delivery Slots, from February 2021 up to September 2021, as follows;
Each Applicant who meets the Service Conditions under Clause 2.1.1 of the Regasification Code shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement pursuant to Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
- provide adequate financial guarantees pursuant to Clause 3.1.1.2 of the Regasification Code;
by hr. 12:00 CET, December 30th, 2020. The offers can be presented through the PAR, on January 4th, 2021 from 09:00 CET to 11:00 CET.
OLT informs that the offers can be presented through the PAR, from 10:00 CET to 12:00 CET on January 4th 2021 instead of the time previously communicated.
January 26th, 2021

by hr. 12:00 CET, June 28th, 2021. The offers can be presented through the PAR, on July 1st, 2021 from 09:00 CET to 11:00 CET.

2. Allocation of Delivery Slots during the Gas Year
The User that wants to participate in the allocation of infra-annual capacity shall:
- sign a Capacity Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2.1.10;
- provide adequate credit requirements in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3.1.1.2;
- be enabled to operate through Platform for the Allocation of Regasification Capacity (PAR).
The Capacity Agreement must be sent by courier or registered letter to the address here below:

Allocation of spot capacity
Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.9.1 of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots in October Month.
Allocation of First Come First Served (FCFS) capacity
Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.9.2 of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots whose Arrival Window is scheduled in the Month of October 2020. The lenght of First Come First Served (FCFS) auction will be from 09:00 CET of September 18th, 2020 to 12:00 CET of September 30th, 2020.
The reference price may be modified at 10:00 CET of September 21st, 2020 and at 10:00 CET of September 24th, 2020; the price will be modified decreasingly as the delivery date approaches.
Monthly allocation of Delivery Slots and Monthly Slots
Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.8.2 of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots for Months M, M+1 and M+2, while from Month M+3 to the end of the current Gas Year OLT will publish the available regasification capacity divided by Monthly Slot.

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.9.2 of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots whose Arrival Window is scheduled in the Month of December 2020. The lenght of First Come First Served (FCFS) auction will be from 09:00 CET of November 19th, 2020 to 12:00 CET of December 15th, 2020.
The reference price may be modified at 10:00 CET of November 23rd, 2020; the price will be modified decreasingly as the delivery date approaches.

- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 09/01/2021 from 12:00 CET of December 21st, 2020 to 12:00 CET of December 31st, 2020;
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 18/01/2021 from 12:00 CET of December 21st, 2020 to 12:00 CET of January 8th, 2021.

Pursuant to the provisions of Clauses 2.1.9.2 and 3.2.3.2 of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots whose Arrival Window is scheduled in the Month of February 2021. The length of First Come First Served (FCFS) auction will be:
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 05/02/2021 from 12:00 CET of January 22nd, 2021 to 12:00 CET of January 25th, 2021;
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 14/02/2021 from 12:00 CET of January 22nd, 2021 to 12:00 CET of February 3rd, 2021;
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 23/02/2021 from 12:00 CET of January 22nd, 2021 to 12:00 CET of February 12th, 2021.
First Come First Served (FCFS) Update
OLT Offshore LNG Toscana informs of an update of the length of the First Come First Served (FCFS) allocation as follows:
- the Delivery Slot scheduled on 14/02/2021 will be in auction until 12:00 CET of February 9th, 2021;
- the Delivery Slot scheduled on 23/02/2021 will be in auction until 12:00 CET of February 18th, 2021.

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2.1.9.2 of the Regasification Code, OLT publishes the Available Delivery Slots whose Arrival Window is scheduled in the Month of March 2021. The length of First Come First Served (FCFS) auction will be:
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 04/03/2021 from 12:00 CET of February 18th, 2021 to 12:00 CET of February 26th, 2021.

- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 15/07/2021 from 12:00 CET of June 21st, 2021 to 12:00 CET of July 5th, 2021;
- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 23/07/2021 from 12:00 CET of June 21st, 2021 to 12:00 CET of July 9th, 2021.

- for the Delivery Slot scheduled on 16/08/2021 from 12:00 CET of July 20th, 2021 to 12:00 CET of July 30th, 2021;
