Tariffs
On June 23rd, 2020 with Resolution 229/2020/R/Gas, the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and Environment (Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente, ARERA) approved the tariff proposal for the Regasification Service of the Terminal OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. for 2021.
Following the errata corrige published by the Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and Environment (ARERA), on July 2nd, 2020, the approved values are reported below.

On February 18th, 2020 with Resolution 43/2020/R/Gas, the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and Environment (Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente, ARERA) approved the tariff proposal for the Regasification Service of the Terminal OLT Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A. for 2020.
Pursuant to Resolution 43/2020/R/Gas, OLT hereby specifies that:
- Fee related to the Emission Trading System costs CETS will be applied from October 1st, 2020.
- Percentage share to cover the consumption and losses QCP remains 1.2% until September 30th, 2020. The new CP rate of 0.6% will be applied starting from October 1st,2020.
