How to become a User

To become User of the Terminal, the Applicant shall:

1. sign a Capacity Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2.1.7 or Clause 2.1.10 of the Regasification Code;
2. provide adequate credit requirements in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3.1.1;
3. be enabled to operate through the PAR (Platform for the Allocation of Regasification Capacity).
